1. Sponsor

The There’s No Place Like Home – Demand More Supply – Wicked: For Good Premiere Giveaway (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by the Utah Workforce Housing Advocacy (UWHA), Salt Lake City, UT (“Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of the State of Utah who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, directors, and officers of UWHA and their immediate families or household members are not eligible. Void outside Utah and where prohibited.

3. Promotion Period

The Sweepstakes begins on October 15, 2025 and ends at 11:59 p.m. MT on November 12, 2025 (“Promotion Period”). Entries received after the close of the Promotion Period will not be eligible. 

4. How to Enter

During the Promotion Period, visit www.demandmoresupply.com/wickedgiveaway and complete the official entry form, which includes adding your digital “signature” to UWHA’s housing-support letter and providing required contact information.

• Limit: one (1) entry per person.

• No purchase or donation of any kind is required to enter or win.

5. Prizes

Winners will receive up to six (6) tickets to the pre-screening premiere of Wicked: For Good at a participating Megaplex Theatre in Utah. The number of winners and ticket quantity per winner will be determined based on final theatre participation. 

Approximate retail value (“ARV”) per ticket: variable (approx. $15–$25). Prizes are non-transferable, have no cash value, and may not be substituted except at UWHA’s sole discretion. Additional in-theatre product giveaways may be offered during the event; such prizes are subject to availability and are awarded “as is.”

6. Winner Selection and Notification

Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries on or about November 13, 2025 and notified by email no later than November 14, 2025.

Each winner will be assigned to a theatre location based on the ZIP code provided on the entry form. Failure to respond within 72 hours of notification may result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternate winner.

7. Odds of Winning

Odds depend on the number of eligible entries received.

8. Publicity Release

By accepting a prize, winners grant UWHA the right to use their name, likeness, voice, and city of residence for promotional purposes in any media without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless UWHA, its officers, agents, representatives, and employees from any and all liability, claims, or damages arising from participation or prize use. UWHA is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries; technical failures; or events beyond its control.

10. General Conditions

UWHA reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any factor beyond its reasonable control impairs its integrity. Entries that do not comply with these rules or contain false information are void.

11. Privacy & Data Use

Information collected will be used in accordance with UWHA’s privacy policy. Data may be shared internally with authorized UWHA staff and approved contractors for administration and future communications related to housing advocacy efforts.

12. Non-Affiliation Disclaimer

This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Universal Pictures, Illumination Entertainment, or any entities associated with Wicked: For Good.

13. Governing Law

All issues concerning the construction, validity, and enforcement of these Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the State of Utah.
